At Top 1% Club, we strive to provide exceptional value through our personalized mentoring services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation or refund requests become necessary. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our programs and services.
1. Cancellation Policy
- For Paid Programs:
You may cancel your participation in any of our paid programs by notifying us via email at support@toponepercent.org.- For the Get a Job Program, Business Expansion Program, Alumni Success Program, and Women Empowerment Program:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the program are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
- Ongoing Monthly Programs:
For subscription-based mentoring programs, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will only apply to future billing periods, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- For the Get a Job Program, Business Expansion Program, Alumni Success Program, and Women Empowerment Program:
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Requests for Paid Programs: We aim to ensure client satisfaction with all services offered. If, after starting the program, you are unsatisfied with the services, you may request a partial refund under the following conditions:
- Within 7 Days of Program Start:
If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 7 days of its commencement, you are eligible to request a refund for the unused portion of the program. The refund will be calculated based on the services rendered up to the point of cancellation. - Beyond 7 Days of Program Start:
Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 7 days from the program start date, unless otherwise stated under special circumstances as evaluated by the Top 1% Club team. - For Subscriptions:
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the current billing cycle begins. Cancellation of future billing cycles can be requested anytime but will not affect the current cycle.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- To initiate a cancellation or refund, please email support@toponepercent.org with the following information:
- Your full name
- The program/service for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for the cancellation/refund request
- Proof of payment (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take an additional 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- No refunds will be issued for any downloadable materials, digital assets, or personalized assessments that have already been provided or accessed.
- We reserve the right to withhold refunds if it is determined that program materials or services were misused, or if the request does not comply with this policy.
5. Changes to Policy
Top 1% Club reserves the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email or by posting an updated policy on our website.
